Izarely Zavala

Izarely Zavala brings warmth, organization, and thoughtful communication to our firm as

our Mail Room Coordinator. Born in Mexico and now residing in Charlotte, North

Carolina, Izarely plays an important role in keeping our clients informed and our office

running smoothly.

Each day, Izarely carefully opens and processes incoming mail, making sure important

documents and correspondence are promptly handled. Because clear and consistent

communication with our clients is so important to us, she also reaches out to let clients

know when something has been received for or from them. She then ensures that mail

is properly filed and that our clients’ physical files remain organized and up to date.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Izarely is able to connect with our diverse

community of clients and help make their experience with our firm feel more personal

and welcoming.

Outside of the office, Izarely is very family-oriented and she has a unique family

connection of her own: she is a twin! Music is also a special part of her life. Izarely plays

the violin, viola, and cello, and her love of these instruments naturally goes hand in

hand with her appreciation for classical music. Her favorite composer is Tchaikovsky,

whose beautiful and expressive compositions are among her favorites.



Whether she is keeping client files in order, communicating with our clients, or enjoying

an evening of classical music, Izarely brings dedication, care, and a welcoming spirit to

everything she does.
