Erinn McCullough-Wylie

Originally from Rock Hill, South Carolina, Erinn McCullough-Wylie brings a thoughtful

blend of financial expertise, strategic insight, and genuine care for the work behind the

scenes. As Controller at Lively Law Firm LLC, Erinn plays an important role in

supporting the firm’s financial health and continued growth.

With more than a decade of experience in accounting, finance, and business

operations, Erinn oversees the firm’s financial operations. She has worked across

diverse industries, developed a practical, solutions-focused approach to helping

businesses connect financial performance with their broader goals.



Erinn earned her undergraduate degree from South Carolina State University and went

on to earn her MBA from Duke University. Throughout her career, she has developed a

passion for using financial insight and thoughtful processes to help organizations and

businesses make informed decisions, operate with intention, and build sustainable

foundations for the future.

When she’s away from spreadsheets and strategic planning, Erinn is happiest getting

lost in a great science fiction novel (anything by Octavia Butler) or settling in for a good

period piece or just about anything on PBS. Most of all, she treasures time with her

husband, Charles, and their daughters, Chloe London and Eimma.
